Why We Do Not Accept Every Case
Before engagement, we review each matter on its facts and evidentiary record, and we accept representation only where we believe the record can support a well-founded, credible argument under the governing standards. Where it cannot, we will tell you so candidly, and where possible, explain what would need to change or which alternative category may fit better. That honesty is part of the service.
What Our Approach Includes
Attorney-led case analysis. Every case is reviewed and directed personally by Attorney MJ Lee, from the first evaluation through the final decision.
USCIS-focused issue spotting. We read the record the way an adjudicating officer will, and identify the findings an officer is most likely to make before the petition is filed.
Re-framing of evidence and career narrative. We organize your achievements into a single, coherent legal argument rather than a checklist of documents.
Customized recommendation letter architecture. We plan who should write each letter and what each must establish, so the letters reinforce the legal standard rather than repeat one another.
Anticipatory RFE positioning. We address the issues most likely to draw a Request for Evidence in the initial filing, and when an RFE does arrive, respond precisely to the officer’s finding.
Strategic cases are accepted selectively and require additional legal analysis and preparation. Payment plans are available upon request.
