FOUNDER/Attorney at Law
MyungJin (MJ) Lee
Attorney MJ Lee brings a distinctive and deeply personal perspective to the practice of U.S. immigration law. Having navigated the immigration process herself as a Korean national, she understands firsthand the complexities, anxieties, and life-changing impact of the system. This dual perspective—both as a former applicant and as a seasoned legal advocate—enables her to approach each case with empathy, precision, and unwavering commitment to her clients' success.
With the United States being one of Korea’s most critical trading partners, Attorney Lee has cultivated extensive experience handling a wide range of immigration matters for Korean multinational corporations, startups, entrepreneurs, researchers, and families. Her practice encompasses both business immigration (including EB1A, EB2/NIW, L-1, and E-2 visas) and family-based petitions, where timing, strategic planning, and attention to detail are essential. Her strong case management skills, developed through years of hands-on experience, allow her to guide clients from the initial consultation to final approval with a deep understanding of both legal requirements and personal concerns.
Attorney Lee takes pride in her ability to deliver results in time-sensitive and high-stakes situations. She is dedicated to delivering personalized attention, meticulous preparation, and strategic advocacy to each client. Her combined legal acumen and personal insight distinguish her from many in her field, allowing her to serve as not only a knowledgeable attorney but also a trusted guide throughout the immigration journey.
She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and serves on the Executive Board of AILA’s New England Chapter.
Outside of work, she enjoys cooking with her family and taking walks with her puppy, Jelly.
