Depending on the case, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. Our New York and Massachusetts lawyers and paralegals keep detailed logs of the time they spend on your case. Examples of attorney fees are:
EB1/NIW: Starting from $6,00USD
E2 Investor Visa: Starting from $6,000USD
Family-Based Immigration: Starting from $2,500USD
Billing is conducted via a work log in which we count in ten minute increments. Work logs are disclosed to all clients upon the closing of a case. We only work for as long as a case requires, so you will never be overbilled for unproductive time. Final bills will include costs for copy, filing, messengers, and third-party research tools. Partner rates fall between $400-$500 per hour and Associate rates are around $300 per hour. Our paralegals charge between $100-$200 per hour. Retainers must be paid upfront. When the Applicant has waiver-driven history, the extra fee may occur.
